Chandigarh. Ajit, resident of Kharar village, Hisar, and Vinay, resident of Deva village, accused in the bomb blast outside Seville Bar and Lounge and Diora Club located in Sector 26, had received only Rs 70 thousand for this incident. Gangster Goldie Brar had sent this amount to him through her associate Randeep Malik sitting in USA. The reason behind the blast is said to be the club owners ignoring Goldie Brar's ransom calls.

The mastermind of the conspiracy, Randeep Malik, was busy executing this plan through the Signal app for the last one month. Randeep Malik had lured Ajit and Vinay to USA via Nepal. To prepare fake passports of both, photographs were even asked from them. Before the incident, Ajit made a video call to Randeep and showed him the situation of the club and bar.
The blasts were carried out only after receiving instructions from Randeep. The accused carried out the crime by picking up a bomb from near Karnal bus stand. After the blast, Chandigarh Police examined the CCTV cameras installed at various places in the city. The accused were caught on camera in Mohali. The police traced them from the toll plaza till their entry into Haryana.
After hiding the bike at Saini Majra toll plaza, the accused reached Barwala by Haryana Roadways bus. There he took a lift from a young man named Sonu and reached his village. The police took Sonu into custody and interrogated him, which led to the identification of the accused.
Friend had got a conversation done with mastermind Randeep:
After Randeep agreed, Ajit did the ballasts. Sahil, arrested in the Julana murder case, and Randeep, resident of Petwad and Panipat, are the masterminds of the bomb blast. Bomb blast accused Ajit and Vinay have old friendship with murder case accused Sahil.
On the request of Sahil, both of them had contacted Randeep sitting in USA. He was told that a bomb to be used as ballast would be found placed in a bang near Karnal Bus Stand. He had reached Chandigarh on November 24 with a bomb from outside the Karnal bus stand.
Randeep Malik was in touch with Ajit during blasting through Signal app. Randeep kept contacting continuously and giving orders, he kept working. Never met Randeep from Reiki till the blast, only talked to him on phone.
