There was greed of ₹ 2250000, 5 people played a dangerous 'game' for 15 minutes, then Instagram… now life will be spent in jail

Delhi Police: The greed of ₹2250000 proved costly for five youths. These five youth played such a dangerous game to get ₹ 2250000, which gave sleepless nights to the Rohini district police. However, it is a different matter that these five got such a huge amount, but this money was of no use to them. Within just 12 hours, the police not only solved the mystery of this case but also put these five behind the bars. Also, the police have recovered Rs 19.50 lakh from the possession of these five.

According to Rohini District Police Deputy Commissioner Amit Goyal, on December 4, a PCR call was received that a robbery worth Rs 22.50 lakh had taken place in Prashant Bihar area. The police reached the spot and came to know that this incident had happened with a young man named Ravi Kumar Shah. Ravi told the police that he was going to collect money from seven online shopping stores of Blinkit and Delhivery and deposit it in the bank. Before he could reach the bank, a group of people coming on two bikes stopped him, strangulated him and looted the cash.

He said that on the basis of Ravi Kumar's complaint, Prashant Vihar police station registered an FIR and started investigating the case. A team was formed under the leadership of SHO Prashant Vihar Inspector Satendra Singh Khari to investigate the matter. This team included SI Amit Kumar, Prashant Kumar and Satish, Head Constable Sanoj, Anshul Rana, Prakash and Jasmer, Constable Vinay and Deep Chand. The team started scanning the footage of CCTV cameras installed at the scene of the incident. Meanwhile, the police got an important clue.

With the help of this clue, the police identified the accused named Aftab. Then Aftab's Instagram account was accessed and the identification of the remaining accused was completed. After completing the identification of all the accused, Prashant Vihar police station arrested all five accused and sent them behind the bars. The accused have been identified as Hrithik, Naval, Aftab, Vikas and Sanjay Sisodia. During interrogation, it was revealed that all the accused work with online delivery companies Zepto and Blinkit.

DCP Amit Goyal said that all the accused knew that cash is deposited in the bank daily from the store and this amount is in lakhs of rupees. The five planned to loot this money and followed Ravi for three days to find out about the routes through which he passed daily. After conducting reconnaissance from the store to the bank, the five decided to commit the robbery. After this, on December 4, the incident was carried out in Sector 14 of Prashant Vihar. Police have recovered Rs 19.27 lakh at the behest of the five.
