In the US, a pet dog shot the owner. However, the owner was shot dead by mistake. According to the police, a person was sleeping on his bed in the city of Mafis, when his pet dog ‘Oreo’ suddenly sat on the trigger of the gun and shot.
According to the news of Jio TV, the incident happened on Monday morning when the person was sleeping with his female partner. The bullet came out touching her left leg, injuring him minor. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he was discharged after treatment.
According to the police report, the dog is Oreo which is a one -year -old pitbull. While playing, he accidentally got stuck in the trigger guard and the bullet was fired due to the trigger. However, the report did not mention what kind of gun it was. The police have accidentally registered the incident as an injury.
Gun -related incidents are common in the US, but the cases of animals shooting humans are rare. Earlier in 2023, a German Shepherd accidentally shot his owner, killing him. In 2018, a similar case came up in Iowa. The victim’s female partner said that this dog is very fickle and jumping.
