Sultanpur Former head Satya Prakash Yadav and his father Kashiram Yadav were murdered by his younger brother Ajay Yadav in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Ajay shot Satya Prakash 5 and 3 to his father. There was a conspiracy to end 10 feet of land dispute and increasing political reputation of truth light behind this murder.
The incident took place in Sahri village near Purvanchal Expressway, 18 km from the district headquarters. Satya Prakash was the eldest of the four brothers. His younger brothers are Ajay, Vijay and Satyendra. The sisters are married and people came four days ago for Satyendra’s marriage. At 8:30 pm on Sunday night, when Satya Prakash was going home, Ajay overtook him near the canal and shot 5 bullets. After this Ajay reached home and fired at Satya Prakash’s house. The family closed the gate in fear. At the same time, Ajay’s father came to convince him, then Ajay also shot him 3 bullets. This incident caused chaos in the family.
Daughter gave Tahrir against uncle
After the body reached home after the post -mortem on Monday afternoon, there was chaos again. The funeral of the father-son was performed in the garden at a distance of a few steps from the house. Daughter Srishti Yadav has named the police against uncle Ajay. Son Ritesh has also given a complaint in the police, in which Ajay Yadav, Rajesh Singh, Santram Shukla, Rajdev Singh and Shyam Singh are named. The police has questioned Ajay’s wife and children in custody.
Half a dozen teams engaged in investigation
SP Kunwar Anupam Singh said that half a dozen police teams including Ayodhya are engaged in the investigation of the case. So far 10 people have been detained. He said that a case of murder has been registered on the daughter’s Tahrir. There is silence on the second day of the incident in Sahri village. The women of the family are crying at the house of Satya Prakash, while the women from the village and kinship are explaining them to them. Women sitting outside the houses are discussing the incident. He says that such a Kali Yuga has come that now brother-brother and father and son have become thirsty for some part of the land.
Increasing political influence became the reason for death
Satya Prakash was elected head from Juda Patti Gram Sabha in 2016. On the strength of his personality, he dominated the area in a short time. After this, his seat became SC in the election held, but he won the election to Ramji on his strength. The growing political reputation of Satya Prakash began to make his opponents and big political people of the region. In such a situation, the people of the political house prepared the killer in the house to put them aside.
10 feet deteriorated for land
Ajay Yadav used to work as a bakery by staying in Sonepat. He returned to the village about a year and a half ago and then did not return. Meanwhile, Satya Prakash bought 10 feet of land on the highway in the name of wife Sumitra Devi, who is posted as a cleaning worker. The price of land is 15 to 20 lakhs. Ajay also wanted to buy 10 feet of land, but Satya Prakash gave the land to another person of the village after hearing that. The aim of Satya Prakash was to strengthen the vote bank.
Ajay had said- two-three dead bodies will fall
This little thing created a feud between the two brothers. The fire of revenge started burning in Ajay’s heart. People living with both of them used to offer ghee in this fire, who used to offer them. Ajay was a bit angry. In December 2024, he beat up Mahesh of the village, who was a man of Satya Prakash. Satya Prakash complained against brother Ajay to the police station. The police caught Ajay, but reconciled under the pressure of an honorable. According to local people, at the same time Ajay had said in front of the police that two-three dead bodies would fall together.
Police ignored threats
But the police ignored this threat. Ajay said that Mahesh does our informant and tells our words to brother, so we killed him. Srishti, daughter of the deceased Satya Prakash, told that her father always helped uncle. The father gave everything to uncle everything. Now it has been 15-16 hours, but we are not getting justice. Satya Prakash has ancestral 13 bighas of land. He himself bought a bigha land separately, which is the name of mother and father. The deceased Satya Prakash has two sons Ritesh (20) and Krishna (16), besides a daughter Srishti (18). At the same time, accused Ajay’s wife Sunita and two children.
